Please be certain of your choices BEFORE placing your order. If you made an error please wait until you receive your order and then return the incorrect items along with the invoice. Any shipping costs incurred as a result of changes in the order will be charged to the customer.

U.S. SHIPPING INFORMATION - Service as follows:
You have the choice of 3 Day, 2 Day, or Next Day service.
All deliveries to P.O. Boxes MUST ship Parcel Post or Priority Mail.
Shipments to Puerto Rico MUST be shipped via 2 Day and MUST have a street address. No P.O. Box addresses will be accepted for Puerto Rico orders.
Shipments to APOs and FPOs must ship Priority Mail. NOTE Parcel Post and Priority Mail 2 day deliveries are NOT guaranteed.

RETURN / EXCHANGE - 30 Days
We will exchange or issue a refund on unused products within 30 days of the date of purchase. All returns must be in first class unopened condition. Non-warranty related returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please follow the specific instructions on the back of your original invoice and send the product back unopened within 30 days for a credit or exchange. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please see Warranty information regarding product that has been used.

SPECIAL NOTICE
We make every effort to ensure that all information is correctly posted on our website. Maidenhead International, Inc. reserves the right to change prices without prior notice and to invoice at the corrected price. While we try to portray our merchandise as accurately as possible product may vary slightly due to variations in monitors.
WARRANTY INFORMATION AND PROCEDURES
All Maidenhead International, Inc. products carry a limited warranty against defects in factory materials and workmanship during the first twelve (12) month period that follows the retail sales date.
In order to avoid the possibility of warranty refusal customers are encouraged to refer all claims directly to Maidenhead International, Inc. Customer Service Department at email sales@CycleVault.com or fax 440-268-9294. Within reason all claims are handled same day. No claims will be credited without prior return authorization. All warranty returns must be shipped prepaid No C.O.D.s will be accepted. We will return ship warranted product the same way as received i.e. next day air, 3-day select, etc. Overseas customers need only to send us their dated proof of purchase and a clear photo of the defective part. In most cases the product itself does not need to be sent in for inspection.
